Grünenthal Ltd. is a wholly owned subsidiary of Grünenthal GmbH which distributes and markets pain and anti-infective products under an exclusive distribution agreement with Grünenthal GmbH.
Grünenthal Ltd. markets Zydol® (tramadol HCl), Clarosip® (Clarithromycin in sip technology) and Versatis® 5% lidocaine medicated plaster to GPs, Hospital Doctors, Pharmacists and Nurses. Zydol® is currently the UK's 5th largest analgesic for moderate to severe pain.
We will obtain further marketing authorisations in the areas of pain management and anti-infectives. New products will include novel chemical entities. Widely prescribed antibiotics will be made available through an innovative dose sipping technology.
Grünenthal GmbH also works in partnership with Napp (Transtec®, buprenorphine matrix patch) and Janssen-Cilag (Tramacet®, tramadol and paracetamol). Future co-operations and joint ventures with local partners will be of great importance to Grünenthal in the UK.
